PRISON CAKE SCHEDULE – September, October, November and December , 2015 NOTE:   All cakes must be store bought, NOT homemade.   We need cakes to feed 70 to 80 people each week. Due to the large number of inmates attending these weekly meetings, please provide at least FIVE to SIX store bought cakes each week or you can buy a sheet cake at Costco or Sam’s that serves 72 people.   Please notify Claudette Wood at the Chaplain’s office at 759-0063 to make certain that someone will be available to open the door at the Chapel when the cakes are delivered. Please contact Frances Swing  if you cannot deliver the cakes. Thank you for your assistance with this wonderful ministry.

Looking for an opportunity to showcase your creativity and earn a little extra money for yourselves? On September 19 th , the Ladies of Oak Grove are hosting a Community Market featuring upscale products made by many of you.  We’re looking for products from as many of you as possible, men and women, who are excellent craftsmen—talented artists—unique photographers—gifted cooks who make yummy baked goods—creators of custom children’s clothes and items that might be considered vintage treasures.   We actually have 2 purposes we hope to accomplish with this Community Market: (1)  As previously noted, we want to give each of you who have God-given talents & skills the opportunity to display your items and earn a little extra money for yourselves.  We believe this is just one way God can bless you all financially. (2)   Secondly, as the Ladies of Oak Grove, our heart’s desire is to reach out into our community in an even greater way this year....
