Work of the Southern Moravian Women

Congratulations to Martha Hall, of Grace Moravian in Mt Airy, NC . Martha was the winner of the beautiful cross stitch quilt that the PWB raffled off, to raise money to help some lucky Moravian sister attend the 11 th Moravian Women's Conference in Concord NC, next summer. Thanks to the talented women of New Hope Moravian in Newton NC for making and donating this quilt. Also pictured here: Betty King, President-PWB P.S. Martha was very excited too!

The quilt ( see post below for details ) that was made and donated by the ladies at New Hope - Newton has arrived at the PWB office. It is really more beautiful in person, I will enjoy it hanging on the wall of my office until September! Come by and see it! Or better yet - buy a raffle ticket!

The Provincial Women's Board has been blessed with the donation of a Hand Made Cross Stitched Quilt from the New Hope-Newton Congregation. They asked that we raffle off the quilt and use the money to send someone to the 11th Women's Conference. Please contact a Provincial Women's Board member or our office for more details on purchasing tickets. If we can sell as many tickets for this quilt, as we did the last time we raffled one, we could possibly send more than one person to the conference.
